  I have used AB May for many years and have always been very satisfied with the level of service I have received. Today the annual preventative maintenance for both the A/C and the Furnace systems was performed. The technician arrived very timely and did a thorough check up of the systems. He went over everything with me once he had completed his work to make sure I was comfortable with the work performed and didn't have any questions.
  
  AB May continues to be my "go to" company when I need help around the house. They are responsive and knowledgeable. I really like having one company that can handle most of my homeowner service needs.

  I have used AB May for about 12 years institutionally and at my home. I have always been exceptionally satisfied in all aspects of scheduling and service. I highly recommend service contracts, especially if your systems and appliances are over five years old. I have saved many, many hundreds of dollars because I have the best service agreement they offer! I have NEVER been disappointed with AB May after many thousands of dollars of work.

  I have been very pleased with Harley's' service. He knows what he is doing and is very thorough. He is knowledgeable and friendly. A perfect gentleman! He is truly a credit to AB May company. He was the one who original installed my unit and I feel confident that he know what he is doing. I look forward to seeing him every six months.

  Courteous, kind, timely, and honest. We had a great experience with Kenny and AB May. Update--Signed up for the gold level package and have not been disappointed. I've met two different technicians and they have both been personable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend AB May and their protection plans. My husband and I feel safe knowing that if something goes wrong, they will be there to support our needs. Scheduling is a breeze and they can usually come the same week, if not the next day, after calling.

  Nick B. from AB May did our furnace/heat pump annual inspection and maintenance today. He was excellent! He did a complete inspection inside and out and took his time (wasn't a quick look over of our equipment), discussed what he found with me, and took a great amount of time to answer my questions and explain in detail the science be hind things like the humidifier, thermostat, and emergency heat on the heat pump. He shared ways to make those things work better and more effectively and efficiently. He never tried to sell me a product or service, just told me what AB May could do that might help improve our heating and cooling. That is what impressed me the most. Very genuine and trying to help me understand why things work the way they do and what I can do to increase performance. He was SO knowledgeable. Plus, he was very very professional and nice!!! We have been with AB for about 30 years, minus a year or two when I tried another local company because of a "cheaper price" on an annual inspection. It wasn't long before we returned to AB May. It has been the service professionals like Nick that keeps us with AB May. Thanks Nick for your thorough inspection and explanations! Also thanks for reminding us about our carbon monoxide detectors and the fact they should be replaced if older. You truly care about our family.....
