(December 31, 2018, 1:43 am)There were 16 of us, the restaurant was empty and they said they couldn't accomodate a group that size, but they had very large tables and there was only one patron there at 3 pm. We stood outside to decide where we would go and someone came outside to say they could accommodate us, but No Thanks!!! They say the food is good...
(December 23, 2018, 7:55 pm)They have a nice salad bar but their soul food is the real deal! I love their chicken, green beans, green beans, cabbage, yams and cornbread. Their lemonade and sweet tea is also amazing. They even have a seasoning you can buy to take home. Come hungry! I've got about six or seven friends here and they have all loved everything.
(December 15, 2018, 9:24 pm)Small soul food buffet. Not a great variety of choices but the food was excellent. Fried chicken and catfish, baked fish and ribs all were great. Mac & cheese, okra, mashed potatoes and gravy, yams, cornbread and rolls were all great. Greens were a bit undercooked for my southern palate. Service was where they let us down. Had to get up and ask 3 times before anyone would bring us silverware. A fourth ask finally got our drinks ordered but they didn't arrive for another 5 minutes. So overall, great food but try to catch your server before you sit down to avoid frustration on that end.
