  The nicest bunch of drivers from all over the United States I have ever dealt with. It must be a good place to work there terminal manager has been there for 42 years. Way to go Bruce you're the top

  Great customer service! I run a business where we receive shipments at our unmanned warehouse. When I called ABF an actual person answered the phone, I was able to set an appointment with a call ahead. When I called the day of delivery to get an update I was given straight answers from dispatch. The driver called an hour before he showed up, we had requested 30 minutes so that was even better! The driver even helped us empty our order out of the truck. I've been dealing freight carriers for 20 years things are rarely this smooth great job ABF!

  Service was very good from delivering the pod to our home in TN to delivering it to my son's home in OH. Problem was, once it was empty and I called for pickup they didn't come for it,It has been 7 days and several phone calls and promises they would be here, it is still sitting in the driveway and blocking the garage door. I'm sure if I would have asked them to leave it here longer, they would have charged me for the extra days.

  I work with the public and Good Customer Service is very important to me. In today's world good service seems to be far and in- between. You can be proud of your employee Mr. Jeff Hahn, not only was he professional but, polite as well. He went the extra mile to make sure our delivery not only got to our building but, in the right department. Thank you, Mr. Hahn your service was greatly appreciated
