  I can't praise this place enough. We just adopted a dog from here this week and it was such a positive experience. The staff was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and PATIENT. We met with a couple dogs and never felt rushed. When they supervised our dog to dog meeting they were extremely vigilant and ensured the safety of our current dogs. I wish I remembered the names of all the staff that helped my GF and I out because they were all amazing! Facilities were very clean and it seems like they really do there best to understand each dog's behavior and personality before adopting them out.

  I love KC Pet Project! I've lived in a number of different cities and states and KCPP is one of the best animal service businesses I've ever worked with.
  
  This organization is on top of things! It's extremely clean and organized and the staff at this location they are wonderfully empathetic. It seemed like everyone there was intense on helping pets and people. I was heartbroken having to drop off a wonderful little dog that We had found because we couldn't keep her. They made me feel confident that she would be well taken care of even going out of their way to tell me how beautiful she was and how quickly they thought she would be adopted. They really had a carrying attitude all the way around and I can't say enough how much I appreciate that!
  
  I hope that little girl finds a new and wonderful home soon!
  
  The Zona Rosa was not a great experience, but maybe they were having an off day? I hope so.

  KC Pet Project does such great work for the pets in our community. The first pet I adopted from them was my cat, Coraline, from one of the Petco locations. Most recently, I adopted a dog out of foster, and they were quick to reply to my inquiries and worked with me and the foster to ensure a smooth transition into my home. Adaine (formerly Jade) is doing so well, and I am so grateful to them for helping me find two of my best friends.
