Valvoline Instant Oil Change

  My wife and I came up to Valvoline because our check engine light came on, we were greeted by Nate, Alex and Sam. While were checking it, the car wouldn't come back on. Alex tried to give it a jump and it still wouldn't come on. Nate changed out the battery for a new, but no avail. He offer to take my wife and I home, he also allowed us to sit in the shelter after hours. This was an unfortunate event but I'm glad to have had Nate, Alex and Sam to help. Nate, I truly appreciate your patience and willingness to help us, you for beyond your job title to make sure my wife and I were safe and comfortable! KUDOS!!! YALL DESERVE TO BE RECOGNIZED AND A RAISE!!!!

  I had a really, truly, positive experience at Valvoline. As a woman, I really liked it that there were two other women working in the bay.
  ....but I digress; from the moment I open my car door a guy walked out and greeted me. I wasn't sure if I was going to get my oil changed there but he really sold me with his intention of expectation that I would get an oil change there. He was really young and I was impressed with his sales ability.
  During my oil change there was something small that snapped and instead of just making this part work by jamming it in, another employee came out and explained to me that he didn't know if it happened at the last place I got my oil changed or if they did it so, they were going to replace it.
  This is a rare honesty in business today!
  It took them a day to get this small part in I went back and they replaced it very quickly.
  They have won my business and I will be back when the time comes to change my oil again.

  Randy and john are the best. Always great customer service and willing to help as much as needed. Alex is also super friendly. Thanks for the awesome visit
