  Stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Adequate towels were provided for 3 people to shower and all. Beds were comfortable enough.
  Hotel staff was very nice and helpful.
  The breakfast they had was decent, do not expect restaurant prepared food. They had eggs, sausage, bagels and so on, a decent selection.
  Would stay here again.

  For the most part the stay was great. In the future, I will make sure I DO NOT stay in room 231. It is right above the fitness center. Our last night there, we didn't get much sleep because someone was using the treadmill below. It caused our entire room to shake, and it was extremely loud.

  Our family stayed four nights just to vacation in Kansas City for WOF and museums. Absolutely no disappointments. It is what a Holiday Inn Express should be. Staff very friendly and helpful. Super clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Breakfast superb. It is my Choice for a reasonably priced hotel above others.
