Man they’re so good I almost hesitate to write a 5 star review because more people will come here and then I’ll have to fight to get my car in, but they deserve it. Not only do they do great work at a reasonable price, but their staff go above and beyond to be kind and helpful. They’ve even sent me a thank you card for letting them work on my car, and they gave me Halloween candy when I got my car fixed on that holiday. What mechanic does that?! Really great stuff. Please never change!

I value honesty and this shop is just that. Their customer service is great. As a woman, going into any auto repair shop can be nerve racking because most try to get over on you; not here. This shop is a shop I would highly recommend.

My reviews are well earned and given carefully. I have taken two vehicles to MD Auto Repair of KC multiple times over the last 6 months. My car (Toyota) and my daughter's SUV (Ford). Appointments include routine maintenance and repairs. I have called to compare quotes at other shops and found MD Auto to be comparable in price, but far better in service. They are efficient, honest, and communicate well. I have waited in their lobby during service and used their loaner vehicle. They provide a detailed print out with options and priorities that helps me figure out what needs to be done and what can wait. Which also helps me budget for future repairs.

Tyler & Scott are great to work with, provide detailed information, and have excellent customer service skills. Everyone I've encountered has been polite, friendly, and helpful. I don't know everything about cars, but I do know when I'm being treated fairly. I recommend MD Auto Repair for reliable and honest service.

Or camper van is too tall for some shops' lifts and too heavy for others. When our catalytic converter was stolen, these guys were able to install a new I've, and cable cage. We've taken the van there ever since, and have been please with the service. They engage and interact well with customers. I definitely recommend this small local shop.

So I was originally just calling around to nearby places for pricing On a wheel alignment. MD had one of the lowest prices online but what I've learned is There's usually more to that low low price ( The majority of the other places I called would tell me oh that price that we advertise is just a starting price- you said your car actually has four wheels. The advertised price is our three wheel car price so there will be an upcharge for this and that.. Not exactly but you get it😉) When I called in and spoke with Tyler He made it very clear that that The low price I saw advertise was indeed the price, no bogus UPCHARGES. So I just decided I was done calling around and was hoping I could get in within a couple of days or so. Tyler Informed me if I brought my car in ASAP he could most likely get it finished that very day! So of course ASAP for me ended up being 2-3 hours later. So when I finally got to the shop, I wasn't surprised or disappointed with them telling me that it would most likely be tomorrow before they could complete the job. After dropping my car off I got a phone call maybe two hours later telling me my car was ready to be picked up! I was thrilled! Steve helped me when I came to pick it up and he was friendly And explained everything fully. There was no change to the price that I was originally quoted (shocker!!🙃) One of the techs even came out to help me with a TPMS issue in the parking lot before they sent me off! I would highly recommend these guys. After a lot of searching I think I found my new mechanic.
