  Wonderful service! I had an issue with my washing machine and they were able to diagnose the problem, order the replacement part and install the new part very quickly. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and took a sincere interest in taking care of me. I will definitely use them for any other appliance issues that I may have and will recommend them to others.

  I called after hours on the weekend. My call was returned within an hour of their office opening the following Monday. When they called me, they were able to repeat back all of the details I left in the voicemail. The young lady on the phone was courteous, and when she couldn't get me on the schedule until the next day she was also apologetic. The following day, I received another call from the same young lady giving me the name of the technician and the approximate time (2 hr window) that he would be at my house. He called to confirm that time a little bit later, and then arrived almost dead center of that window. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and didn't try to make up a bunch of other stuff that "also needs to be fixed". The trip charge was a bit steep, which is why this isn't a 5-star review, but I will definitely keep them at the top of my list going forward when it comes to appliance repair.

  Todd was on time, neat, clean and courteous. It is clear that he has been doing this for years.
  
  I think at least one of the negative reviews are for a similar company with the same name on the other side of town. They have since gone out of business, but were shady people. Make sure you get the Appliance Pros on Winchester in KCMO.
