  Alex, Alisha, and Josh we're very helpful. When we had issues with the truck we purchased, they were able to help us out. The truck was very clean. It was a warm welcome as we were greeted with a smile and a handshake when we entered. It also took a long time to fill out the paperwork, mostly because the website was down. Overall, pleased with the purchase and customer service.

  I had an awesome experience with AutoMax KC! Everyone was very nice and professional. Alex worked very hard to get me financed with the best finace company that was suitable for me. Alicia was also extremely sweet and helpful and was ON TOP of EVERYTHING! It was a smooth and easy process. Thanks AutoMax KC!!!

  Loved working with Brian at AutoMax. He was patient and informative as you want someone to be when you make a big purchase. This was the eighth dealership I’ve been to this week and I was very happy to find the car I wanted at a place where I was happy to give them my business. It wasn’t just that they had the car we wanted, the service was as good and better than we received anywhere. We’ll be back when we need our next car. Thanks guys!

  What a great experience! The entire staff was all extremely courteous, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. No one was pushy or overly aggressive towards a sale. Once we decided to purchase a vehicle Alex and Alisha ensured a very smooth and expeditious process. They also detailed and completed a MO motor vehicle inspection for licensing prior to driving the vehicle off the lot. I could not have been happier with the entire process. I will definitely return for my next purchase. Thank you for the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience ever!!
