I called about purchasing new tires and he was very informative and offered his honest opinion of what he thought would help me most. Even going as far as referring me to a different firestone that had the tires I wanted (their store only had one). Great customer service! Thank you.

(August 28, 2020, 5:17 pm)Chris the service Mgr & Mark the tech we’re awesome...bought a set of tires at a different firestone store, caught a flat a week or so later, and all the other Firestone’s were short staffed or booked up...with not long before end of business and short staffed and busy as well, Mark and Chris went the extra distance and got me and the other customers taken care of...thank you guys!!!
