I recently had hail damage repaired at Rick's Collision Center. My point of contact was Pat, who provided excellent customer service. They wanted to send me a way with a clean car, but every time they washed it, a rainy weather pattern messed it up. As a result, Pat sent me away with two coupons for free car washes!
The hail damage repair was done correctly, but the car oddly developed two other issues while it was in the shop. I called back, and was asked to drop the car off so they could investigate. Both issues were resolved within a few hours! This definitely was inconsistent with experiences I've had in the past with other auto repair facilities. Highly recommended!
