“Used this company for a smaller apartment building I own, there was a bat that was freaking some tenants out in the hallway. I had no clue what to do about a bat besides opening the door and hoping it would leave. So I called Catch-It and they came over same say and got rid of the bat. It was on a perfect sunny Saturday summer afternoon when i'm sure they would have rather been at the pool or grilling out in the backyard. The did a nice job getting rid of the bat, and did a nice once over to give us tips on where the bat may have gotten in so we could plug it up as well.”

I especially appreciated that she patiently waited for my photographer to return to the bridal suite to capture her pinning on a special boutonniere that she made for the best man (our dog). “Stopped in to my local GameStop while out running errands last weekend and wanted to comment on the patience I witnessed from both the associates working- especially Candice. I think pretty much everybody has come to terms with the fact that GameStop doesn't pay anything close to retail for used games... everybody except the neighborhood methhead, apparently. Despite having more than two customers finally get fed up enough to say something to him, he still felt that making a scene about the $1,000 a month he spends there was going to get him a better offer for the game he bought the day before and only took the plastic off so he could bring it back. Anyway... point is Candice did great with her customer service game, just sucked seeing someone up against something where there wasn't an obvious 'Win', figured I'd chime in with a judge's opinion from the field.”
