“The ice cream was great, however whoever was in charge this evening was very unprofessional as they reprimanded an employee in front of guests who were getting ready to order. If correction takes place, it should never be done so loudly that you can hear it from any place in the restaurant, and it should not be done where patrons witness such scoldings. I would even say that that type of reprimand even in private is not appropriate. Managers and leaders should find moments as teaching moments and see strengths in their employees and encourage growth. If I had been the one being reprimanded in front of everybody I would have felt crushed. If it had been one of my kids I would have been furious! I'm not exactly sure what the employee did to receive such a reprimand other than what I could hear the supervisor listing such as dropping something. With good help being so difficult to find it is super important to impress upon employees that they are valuable. When I ordered my ice cream all of the employees who were taking care of my order were respectful, kind, made eye contact, and made my order quickly and correctly. I was there on August 14th, 2022 around 4 to 5:30.”

“Shift Transmission rebuilt my Ford Explorer transmission three years ago and it's still shifting good today. I visited them yesterday because i wanted them to look at my new car transmission. I had went to another shop but I remember shift transmission did an amazing job with my truck. They look at my new car and said it was just a sensor. It cost me a $100 and now my car is running great. The other shop said a needed a new transmission that would cost me $4000. Thanks Shift Transmission for your honesty. Keep treating people fair.”

“After an entire summer trying to get the stock carburetor running proper on my 2017 150XCW I finally gave up and ordered a 36mm SC2 from Technology Elevated. Prior to my order was weeks of research only to find positive feedback and confidence from anyone running one of these carbs. TE was extremely informative and answered any questions i had before purchasing. When the SC2 arrived it was packaged nicely and was able to follow the directions provided along with a few youtube videos. Everything was rather simple and only ran into a small snag with the stock throttle cable binding and not closing the slide fully. Huge thank you to Nathan @ Technology Elevated as he was able to sort me out in minutes due to the bike initially not starting - COMPLETELY MY DOING. Did I mention this all went down on a Sunday??? Customer service on a weekend was not to be expected but worth a shot and he delivered. Got me riding without having to wait till the next weekend. For sub zero temperatures it ran like clockwork right out the box. Will still need a couple clicks on the a/f knob but overall I'm extremely impressed with the quality and performance achieved from this product. 6-stars if possible! Thanks @ Technology Elevated.”
