  I went to Matt Ford by recommendation and the experience didn't disappoint! I had the pleasure of working with Geoff. He explained everything really well for me, answered all my questions, and made sure I was taken care of. Really, everyone that I worked with was great. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the market for a new car.

  On a friend’s recommendation, I went to Matt Ford for some warranty work. What a pleasant surprise! Service staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the work was done right. I’ll be back for my next service work. Thanks!

  This is a great place to buy your new Ford, it's like talking to friends. I've bought from 3 other dealerships and dont you know they just want to pressure you into the more money.

  This dealership is great. The sale was painless, and service is always quick and efficient.
  
  The problem I have is with Ford, not Matt Ford. Those of us that own '12-'17 Focuses have been left high and dry. The transmissions in these cars are garbage. Clutch slippage is a nightmare (automatic). Bought this used, so my warranty is up. I pray I can afford to get a new car before I need to repair the transmission again.
  
  Allow me to repeat: my problem is with Ford Motor Company, NOT with Matt Ford

  Excellent staff throughout the dealership! I have bought 1 car and brought all 3 of my cars in for regular service several times. Everyone always makes me feel like they are happy to have my business. Buying a car here was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. Not high pressure, made sure that I was happy with my purchase. GOOD PEOPLE!
