(August 16, 2018, 1:22 pm)Excellent care. Went way above what is offered in the for profit hospitals in KC. Dr. Mark Plautz was a godsend for our family. He extended my father's life by ten years. He had 6.months to live. I could not have been blessed any more. And the people who work there love veterans and that's the coolest paet. They are truly like family to me and would recommend any veteran to seek treatment at the KCVA. Thank you all. Carol Marshall (Greer)

(June 18, 2018, 2:12 pm)For the most part, I've always had great service from the staff at this VA hospital. Over the last 14 years I've had very few negative experiences. Staff has been friendly, accommodating and thoughtful. This place rocks!
