(December 29, 2018, 3:44 pm)I had used Arrow Fabricare before and always had a great experience. We recently spilled coffee on a sheepskin rug that was used during our wedding ceremony. Another dry cleaner sent us to Arrow Fabricare. It would’ve been a little pricey to do the whole rug and we didn’t want to pay nearly what it cost to purchase to get it cleaned. Jim cleaned it for us with some water and soap free of charge (he just said to give money to the needy at the next opportunity). He also gave us advice on how to care for it over the next several days. Everybody was very friendly while we were there. Will definitely go back here. Thank you Jim and Arrow Fabricare Services for saving this sentimental item!
(October 19, 2018, 7:23 pm)Have had an incredibly expensive Plumeria down comforter for at least 7 years. Each year, about, I have had Arrow clean it. It has always been sent back to me perfectly clean and in great condition. On one occasion, I forgot when I sent it out, and called customer service there to see when it would be finished and returned. The young lady I spoke with was professional and extremely customer service oriented. I had it back within a week, just as promised. Superb cleaners.
(October 7, 2018, 12:43 pm)I have used Arrow as my cleaners for years. I am always very satisfied with their quality service. I took my 20 year old leather coat to have it restored, I read reviews that said they make leather look new again. My 20 year old coat looks and feels brand new, it will last me another 20 years. They put in a new lining, added my zip out lining back, restored the black color, all buttons were on tight, I cannot say enough good, they did an awesome job.
