(September 24, 2017, 9:18 am)Horizon home took care of my mom over 2 months. They are trustworthy, supportive, and compassionate. They made difference our lives during a challenging time. The nurse was unbelievable she was very compassionate and caring. OT/PT were very professional and skillful. We used several agencies in Kansas City area before a friend referral us to horizon and I am glad he did.
