Wonderful Midtown hotel in NYC. We were able to walk to nearly all of our destinations. Rooms felt spacious. The hotel staff was exceedingly nice. It also had one of the nicest hotel gyms that I've seen.

We did the whole vacation pkg/timeshare presentation thing and found the experience to be on par with the brand excellence we've come to expect. Far from the high-pressure for which we were prepared, Al Leblanc proved to be a most charming, candid fellow who treated us with respect, not just like cattle. We had no intention of buying that day, and didn't, but one thing's for sure - due to the positive experience, should we be open to actually considering such a package in the future, Hilton Club will definitely be on the revisit list.

Te hotel was almost perfect, I just hated that they charge you to handle your packages, I think is a service every hotel should do for free, it would be a five star if it wasn’t for that.

Classic big hotel experience in the biggest city in the world. The Hilton Club checkin is a breeze compared to the normal check-in for the hotel.

If you have to make a delivery here in a dock High box truck I would suggest to back your truck in not pull in forward
