    moved in and absolutely love the place . no bugs , the carpet was clean and all is spotless . well insulated and warm too :) great neighbors and the property manager Eva was exceptional and very helpful when it came to getting me moved . Was very patient and has been nothing but nice . Def a great place to live with a nice gated area and pretty hidden :)

    I lived here for 2 years. It is a good place with all facilities. Near to UMKC, plaza and many restaurants. For prospective residents, It is a wonderful place for what you pay.

    Have resided here for closer to 1.5 years. I am a student at UMKC and couldn't have asked for a better living experience. Would definitely recommend others to give it a try!

    I have lived here for 3.5 years and I can honestly say that I love this apartment community and the location. Eva, the property manager, has been beyond hospitable and welcoming to all residents. For prospective residents, when choosing a new home, I know that one of your biggest concerns is safety. In the 3.5 years that I have lived here, I have not had one safety issue, and I can tell you that I haven’t even had any safety concerns. Eva, through her hard work, has exponentially improved our community. Give Eva a call, stop by for a visit, and stay for a few years. ✌????
