But unfortunately I thought you was always satisfied since you had been getting your hair done for over 10 years you and your sisters. You were on of my first clients that I have even before I opened my shop and you were always satified. Remember the last time when you came and I did your sew-in before this very last time , you were satisfied . We all try perfection but it is something we cannot get.we can be close to it but never get it.I apologize one more time again for the inconvenience but thank you for the remind. I will make sure not to be unpleasant anymore for you. At least I am happy that you was pleased over those 10years.
