The sweet lady at the desk Ms Winstead was so helpful, understanding, caring, and very patient even though she was facing a busy and chaotic morning herself. I really hope this gets back to you ma’am but I just wanted to say thank you for being so wonderful and I hope your day is getting better. I know your job isn’t an easy one but you ma’am are doing an amazing job with a cheery attitude.
