It was more packed than expected but all seemed to be pretty well organized. Just would have been more convenient to have mentioned the problem that occur with parking.

I've moved around a lot and been a member of multiple churches and this congregation is by far my favorite. They are open and accepting in every sense of the words and the love they show is palpable. This congregation not only teaches the love and grace of God but lives out His message by its involvement in the Kansas City community through food and clothing drives, putting together homeless mats and packages, its work with Metro Lutheran Ministry (including the annual MLM Christmas Store), God's work our Hands, Kenyan Children's Fund and owning a low-rent halfway house for women re-entering the community from drug abuse or prison. This is a church that not only teaches but lives out Jesus's message. I love this group of people, the message it shares and the role it has in the community.

A great place to worship with something for everyone. The service is traditional with outstanding music. The Pastor preaches on current topics while trying them to biblical teachings. I know they have strong educational programs from preschool through retirees.

I will definitely be returning!
