I transitioned from a local employer based credit union to Mazuma nearly three years ago and couldn’t be more pleased. The loan products at Mazuma are head and shoulders above the rest. I frequent the midtown (blue parkway) location. The location can be busy at times , however the speed and efficiency with which the tellers move is remarkable. I have witnessed professionalism and patience at its finest. The diverse population this branch serves lends credence to the staffs ability to pivot and customize each members’ service to them individually. Keep up the good work!
