  What a great experience we just had at the Kansas City outlet store! We just drove up from Texas to pick up a new stove. We were nervous about driving that far for a unit we had not inspected closely. Andrea took the time to assure us on the phone, take pictures and communicate with us about it before we came all that way. She was kind, knowledgeable and most helpful! Thank you Andrea it’s so nice doing business with great people!

  For value minded folks in need of appliances, the Sears Outlet is a great resource. The selection is pretty good and the sales people helpful and fairly low key. The salesperson, Andrea, made arrangements to keep an oven on site during a kitchen remodel.

  Great service and great products. So happy to have this store nearby. Dryer went out as soon as we moved to a new house. Andrea was so helpful in helping me select a replacement. She embodies every quality you want in an sales associate: kind, patient, knowledgeable and HONEST! She didn’t try to sell me a washer and dryer set knowing I only needed the dryer. Thank you Andrea for making my experience easy, speedy and for helping me find a great deal!

  Our family has gone here and taken advantage of the awesome discount prices for many years and yes we have shopped around before making most all of our purchases.   Very friendly and willing to help staff as well as a decent variety of items to choose from at a discounted price. 10/10 recommend. The only thing that I have a minor complaint about is they don't accept Discover card. Other than that December first was my first time at the Seats Outlet and I'll definitely be back in the future.
