  This is the best store in Kansas City for cell phone service and great customer service. I recommend everyone to go see my salesperson Jules. She has taken very good care of me and gave me the best possible deal she could on a new Samsung J 7 after I switch phones and service the phone was free and my bill is only $30 per month. Please give this woman a manager's position because she is absolutely awesome.

  Oh oh man oh man I walked into the metro pcs store highly upset and very hot but Vanessa calmed me down and spoke nicely and understood my problem and quickly assisted me with GREAT customer service. Thank you so much for your help Vanessa.

  My phone of 2yrs wouldn't hold a charge, I stopped in for a replacement or upgrade. Vanessa the very knowledgeable salesperson treated me like a big brother and gave me guidance through all the options available. I left with a great s sense of new knowledge of the new phone I purchased and was very satisfied unlike my previous experience at other Sprint or Apple stores.
