Cliff Drive Disc Golf Course at Kessler Park

Top 9 holes are well built, working their way through the woods down a long hill. Back 9 are not so interesting. Basically a back an forth in open fields around an old water tower. Course is worth it if you haven't visited old NE Kansas City or just have a couple hours.

Wide open spaces at the disc golf course. The area is full of historic homes. You are in the middle of so much history.

beautiful course that has a nice combination of different shots. lots of effort lately to keep the park as clean as possible.

When I got to hole 1 the course designer was doing some maintenance with a friend and after my drive I got a chance to talk to him. I was impressed by how well he knew the course and how much time he put into making it interesting and keeping it playable. The first few holes are wooded and technical and then the course opens up with my favorite hole being a 700+ bomber. No signs for the holes though because they kept getting stolen and vandalized, so come prepared with UDisc or some other map. Probably not a good course for beginners honestly, but definitely an interesting and fun one to play.
