  I’ve lived here for about 6 months now and it has been pretty much the ideal experience. My unit is amazing, neighbors are great, the buildings and amenities are great, the events that the staff puts on for residents are awesome, the mail system is great, AND the staff is outstanding. Even when a place is great, things are still bound to go wrong (that’s life). When things do go wrong, Karla and Caitlin are so quick to get solutions, and that’s everything I can ask for. Josh works with residents to make sure all maintenance is great.
  
  We love living at Summit. If you are even considering living here, do it, you will not regret it!

  We first looked at Summit on Quality Hill before even stepping foot in Kansas City, and it was just if not BETTER than what we expected it would be! The apartments have easy access to Interstate 35, an incredibly friendly and up-to-date resident communications system, and the gated community is a plus. We've spent countless afternoons at the pool, working out in the fitness center, and walking to all of our favorite shows at Sprint Center.
  
  Compared to the other properties in the downtown loop, you get the most for your money here. I don't think there's anywhere you can find new construction, a balcony, and great amenities for a better price! Plus, the leasing staff is friendly and accommodating! If you're planning on making an in-town or out of town move, definitely consider it here!

  Summit is the place to be! My deciding factor were a lot of things. The location is perfect, close to the highway but still downtown. Maintenance was prompt in taking care of my requests. Having an underground garage spot underneath my building was perfect other places charged too much. Overall Summit has been nothing but perfect for me.

  Living at the Summit on Quality Hill has been a wonderful experience! The apartments are fully load and very upscale. I use to work in residential property management and I am extremely impressed with the staff here. They very diligent and responsive to all request or issues. If you haven't taken a tour, I would 100% suggest stopping by the office and asking Bryan, one of the best leasing agents I have met, to show you the beautiful complex.

  Living at the Summit on Quality Hill has been an amazing experience! The apartments are top notch and are well-maintained. If we've ever had any problems, the entire staff is super helpful and quick to respond, especially Bryan in the front office! I highly recommend at least checking out this complex when you are looking for a new apartment!
