(December 11, 2019, 10:06 pm)The thought of me, doing yoga on a regular basis is something I never thought was possible. I am anxious, I get bored, and I am not great at zen. I like to go! That being said here I am. I am learning to breath, be still, balance, and stretch. I don’t think this would have been possible without Melissa and yoga soul KC. I have never experienced yoga like this. It’s special. It is approachable, without an ounce of judgment or pretension. The class flows in a way to keep me engaged, and never bored. It’s been almost 3 months of regular practice for the first time in my life, and I am feeling the change thanks to this wonderful studio.

I have been a practicing Chiropractor for 10 years and easily say that Emma is one of the best massage therapists in the city. Scheduling was easy and prices are affordable. The space is a beautiful modern design with a large and gorgeous rest room, hardwood floors, and high ceilings. I cannot recommend it enough!!!

(July 25, 2019, 8:18 am)What a Gem! This is studio is amazing. The space is clean and beautiful. It just feels good to be there. The owner and teachers are so kind and knowledgeable. I always walk away with new and valuable information about my practice. I wish I had a place like this when I was just getting started. It’s the perfect place to come in as a beginner and evolve. There are a variety of classes that covers all levels and intentions. I highly recommend giving this place a try. You’ll quickly find yourself at home.

(August 26, 2018, 12:15 pm)This studio opened less than five minutes from my home and I currently don’t have a yoga studio that I regularly frequent so I was excited to try it. (My favorite studio closed a couple years ago, and I don’t like the feel of corporate yoga studios.) I absolutely loved the energy of the space. Carrie and Erran led wonderful mindful classes. I’m very excited to continue building my practice here.
