Alana @ Louis Memorial Chapel was a true professional and a credit to her profession. She made it easy to get thru tough decisions and helped every step of the way. Many thanks to her and the entire staff at Louis for your help
I would like the appropriate person to know how wonderful Steve Reiter was with our family around the recent death of my father, Laurence Jacobson. We had a situation where my father’s death was quick, unexpected and shocking. Steve Reiter handled everything with warmth, grace, patience and compassion.
I have now buried both of my parents through Louis Memorial Chapel, and I hope you all know how important your amazing customer service is. We never questioned the advice Steve offered us. We trusted him, which is all the more important when a family is grieving.
When we were in the casket room, Steve came out with a file letting us know that the casket my stepmother chose was the same my father and his brother chose for their mother (my grandmother) over a decade ago. There was something so comforting in having that information.
Please tell Steve how much our entire family appreciated him.

At the time of loss of a loved one it is confusing not only how to the funeral and interment, but the myriad of details leading up to that day and those following. We can't thank Steve Reiter enough for his guidance and caring. He made a difficult time easier.
We had an unusual situation and they were so wonderful and accommodating. I cannot overstate how thankful I am for all of their help during an already stressful time.
Steve was wonderful to work with during an unspeakably difficult time. Not only was he was kind and compassionate, in guiding me through the process of setting up the funeral, but he was very respectful in giving me as much time as I needed with my husband.
