  First time coming here and first time being fitted for a pair of shoes. The selection was great and the customer service was incredible. Will definitely be returning in the future. Special thanks to Chris for all the help!

  Night and day difference between my last Garry Gribble’s experience in Overland Park and this one here in Kansas City. (These guys were the day side of things!) Derek and Chris were super legit and extremely helpful. Very happy with the outcome. Will be back again. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work.

  We came here twice over the weekend. The first time was to get new shoes for my wife, the second for my daughter. Good experience both times. Friday evening we were basically the only people in the store other than the employees and one other person that was checking out as we came in. Sunday afternoon was the complete opposite, as it was CRAZY busy. There were at least 8 different people being helped and both registers had people getting checked out. Would definitely recommend coming in the evenings when there are less crowds, but that is up to you. Great Run/Walk shoe selection. Can always find good shoes on the clearance tables. Both of the pairs we bought (New Balance 880's) were on sale and 1/2 the price of retail.
