  I went to this store in June to get a new iPhone for myself and a first one for my 13-year old. Kyla at the store was wonderful. She took the time to carefully walk me through what plan options would be the best, what phone would be the best fit for my daughter, and what to say when I called Sprint to change my plan. She even gave me her cell to answer any questions I had, which was really nice of her. Thanks, Kyla! Great service.

  A young man named Julian help me on my phone switch email. It was easier than falling off a log. Thank you for your expertise and help. Plud you attitude was extremely friendly and engaging.

  I went into this sprint store this afternoon and was very pleasantly surprised by the changes in management and staff here.
  
  I think the managers name was Rob, very professional and outgoing, a pleasure to speak with about my issue. He had two other employees helping him, one was in training (Cody?), And Dre. Cody was very knowledgeable for being new, and I've worked with Dre in the past, he is always a great hook up. Always ask for Dre!
  
  They tried to sell me a few things, but wasn't interested today unfortunately. They sure tried hard though!
  
  This issue would have taken over an hour in previous visits, but today the store was very prompt and efficient.
  
  Thank you sprint!! Highly recommended!

  This is my new "home store " for my Sprint cellular device needs. Immediately upon entering the store I was greeted and smiled at by multiple associates. I was having trouble activating an unlocked cellular device and this store was my final hope. The sales associate was very familiar with the particular devices activation procedure(s) and set everything up within minutes. I will be returning to this location and suggest that everyone use this location for all your cellular device purchases/services.
