  Very pleased with the care givers for my mom. They are always pleasant and prompt. Mom is always happy to see them. The office staff is great at problem solving and working with our scheduling needs.

  From the very first time that I contacted Home Instead Senior Care, I was impressed with the sincerity of care. I could mention names, but too many, and I am sure I will leave an important name out. But if they are from Home Instead, then I have full confidence in their care and service for my mom. I really like the no contract convienence, and the taylor made care procedures for my mom. They don't pretend to care, they care...those in administration know my mom..she is not just another paying client. We have been with Home Instead for over a year and I don't regret inviting them into our lives. Even to this day, my mom continually thanks me for choosing Home Instead Senior Care.

  Home Instead caregiver Russell spent a long weekend as driver and caregiver for our employer. Russell did a great job of caring for our employer and helping us have great family time together. We really appreciate his patience and help. Another caregiver Pat has the perfect touch with our employer as she uses humor to keep his spirits up. Pat always make sure he knows she is there to help him even when his temper flares. We really appreciate all of Home Instead's great caregivers. Kristi is a wonderful supervisor and responds quickly to our questions and requests.

  I have been more than pleased with the care that Home Instead has provided for my parents. From the start they have truly been a blessing and have taken much of the worry off my shoulders. Living in another state, caring for aging parents became a reality when my mom suddenly required hospitalization for various issues 5 months ago & now requires care 24/7. I had no idea where to begin searching for a trustworthy care provider to help my elderly dad take care of my mom. Of course I was concerned about having “strangers” in their home and all that entails.
  My prayers were answered when a neighbor of theirs referred me to Home Instead. I did my due diligence, checked them out and was satisfied that they were a decent & reputable company. I have not been disappointed. From Kristi’s initial introduction visit(which SHE offered to include me via FaceTime so I could see my parents and “meet” their initial caregiver personally), to every caregiver that has been with my parents, I have been so impressed by their authenticity and integrity treating my parents with the dignity that all of our parents deserve. They have even offered & done things that I was not even expecting like taking mom to Dr appointments to give dad some “free time”.
  
  Home Instead is represented by quality employees & they have earned my trust & gratitude. I’m so grateful that my parents are in such great hands & I consider them to be my extended family!
