  The employees were very friendly and helpful. I went in after purchasing a home with a pool not knowing anything about maintaining and running a pool since I had never owned one before. The employee that I spoke with was the manager, I think his name was Charlie, was extremely helpful in showing me what I needed to get started and in going through the basics of how to operate the pumps and pool cleaner. He was patient with me and was willing to take the time with other customers in the store to help me and make sure that I understood what chemicals to use and how to operate the equipment. I would strongly recommend going to store to anyone! Great staff and great customer service!

  Excellent experience. I have been a pool owner for over 25 years in various parts of the country and have shopped at numerous pool stores including several different Leslie's. I must say that this store has provided the best service i have ever received. The store is always neat and the staff is friendly and helpful. The store manager, Charlie, is very knowledgeable and was very willing to work with me to solve my pool problem. He even fixed my pool cleaner on the spot and didn't charge me a dime except for the needed part!! Old fashioned customer service like this is hard to find these days so I commend this young man and his staff. If you have pool needs in Kansas City, this is the only place you need to go!
