  Gorgeous hotel. The staff was very friendly, the bed was a dream (and I have high bed standards). Having a Starbucks right downstairs was perfect. Had an issue with the billing (company trip) but the staff worked it out with one phone call.

  Myself and a large group went to American Slang last week. Space was fantastic. Loved the decor and music. It was around midnight on a Saturday night so it was packed but service was still great. Definitely worth a visit.

  This hotel is so conveniently located at the Plaza, to the point that you don't even need a car if you are staying in Kansas City. Everything is so convenient from here, because restaurants and shops are just a few blocks walk away. If you have a car, their garage has entries on almost every level of the hotel, so most rooms are a short walk from the parking garage. Rooms are very spacious, well furnished and have balconies that overlook the Plaza. New beds are super-comfy too. If you are staying for the Thanksgiving lighting ceremony on the Plaza, this is a great option. Look forward to coming back here again.

  Excellent views of the Plaza area. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. However, they seemed to be having some issue because there were generators connected to the building and they could be heard from the 6th floor.

  Our yearly conference was held here. Or was a lovely space. The food was good. The appearance is very nice. Parking was easy to find. It's very close to the plaza and doors and restaurants.
