It’s a place that will change your behavior on how you should shop for glasses. The service is excellent and the warrantees are great. The staff is professional, funny, and very knowledgeable. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else...
What a fantastic experience at Romanelli Optix. I always try to shop local when I can. I'm glad I found this place. Eric is a wealth of information about eyeglasses, and has honed his skills over many years. He has a keen ability to show me only frames that look great on my face. It was honestly one of the most efficient shopping experiences I've ever had. Definitely two thumbs up.
I've been a loyal Romanelli customer for years. Eric is my go-to-man for help with styling, and he always shows me many great options in frames. I love that they have glasses haven't seen anywhere else. A lot of their stuff is hand made and one-of-a-kind. Like Eric says, "it's like jewelry for your face."
The most helpful and attentive service in town. Romanelli has literally thousands of eyeglasses to choose from. Tell them what you like, have a seat, and watch them bring you dozens of great options to choose from. These people REALLY know eyeglasses. And they have all the latest trends and the best brands. None of that mass-market Sunglass Hut stuff here. They even have their own Romanelli brand of eyeglasses handmade for them in Germany. A real class act!
I had an excellent experience at Romanelli Optix. They truly are optical experts with decades of experience making lenses. I got a great looking pair of frames, and I can honestly say this is the clearest, sharpest pair of lenses I've ever had. I won't pretend to know the difference between these "digitally surfaced" lenses and the cheap ones I used to buy elsewhere. But I know my eyes don't lie. I really do see better.
