Mark is not only there to coach you through the workouts, but also there to help motivate you to change your body and mentality towards working out. He truly cares about each client and is there for anything you need. I look forward to going to the gym everyday. You will work hard but you WILL have fun!

(July 3, 2018, 3:50 pm)This is the absolute best place to be. Not only did I do the 90 day challenge and lose 27 pounds, but I also learned how to do it the right way. Which means.. I’m still losing weight 3 months later, and I am continuing to feel good, healthy, and STRONG. Mark is amazing, he’s the best fitness coach I’ve ever had (and I’ve had quite a few). As a former athlete, I truly appreciate his balance between motivating and supportive. He knows his stuff which is awesome because you never have to question the process. I highly recommend trying this amazing facility. Love my CORE Strong family!
