The staff here is awesome! They don't only care about the addict, they care about the addicts family!! They deal with more than the addiction, they deal with what led to the addiction. When the web site says 24 hours, it is true. I called very late one night trying to find somewhere that would help with my husband's opiate addiction....Jeff talked with me for quite a while. I could tell he was genuinely concerned. The next day Jeff and Kevin O called to check on us since they didn't have a bed available until the next day. They have went out of thier way to help me with the whole process!!! I don't wish addiction on anyone, but if you do need help, I would definitely recommend MRC!!!”

Everyone knows that difficulty/mishaps can arise with communication between the doctor's calling in medication and the pharmacy fulfilling the order. I worked in a clinic so I am well aware that things can and DO go wrong sometimes. (but then again we all know that b/c we're human too) In the event of an issue they are really good at communicating and moving toward a solution.
