In the end I was about in tears and had to hug her to show my sincere gratitude for her guidance and for making me literally feel "better" and whole again in a matter of an hour. I left feeling amazing in my spirit and mind. I lift so tension was in my neck and lower back and in the end during the meditation when he said release it - I used it as a moment between me and God to pray and literally wooooosahhhh! I find his feedback and opinions to be thoughtful and genuine. Furthermore, I enjoy the fact I am allowed to work at my own pace. I do not feel pressured to talk about my issues or relive painful memories. He does make an effort to make each session productive. I never feel annoyed or that my time has been wasted after leaving his office. Finding a compatible therapist is a difficult task which may take a considerable amount of trial and error (and money >:| ).
