  Very good customer service here. Staff has always been friendly and will work with you. Easy to start renting a unit and end the rental as well.

  Wow. I’ve been to other StorageMarts but this one is the cream of the crop. Easy access location, spotless units and excellent customer service. I was assisted by Janis. By golly she is the nicest lady. She explained everything in depth and answered all my questions knowledgeably. Definitely go here for storage.

  Janis provided excellent customer service when I went to finalize the paperwork. She made sure I understood all the terms and knew where the rental unit was located. She was so pleasant and sweet!

  The customer service we received when getting a unit was over the top!! We are recipients of the store it forward program. When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted by Janis. She was thorough and took the time to explain all the terms and conditions and made sure we knew how and when we could get in and out and made sure we knew where the unit was and made sure it was going to meet our needs. She was just so sweet. We are blessed beyond measure and very thankful StorageMart chose us for their store it forward program!!

  I just recently rented a storage unit at this location. The storage unit was very clean and property is well kept. I particularly like this Storage Mart location because someone lives on site. Also, the property is gated and locked, but access is easy for the renters. Everyone that I have talked to on the phone has been great. All of my questions about the unit were answered in detail. Janice was great the day that I signed the paperwork to rent the unit. She showed me the location of my storage unit and explained how everything worked. I would recommend this location if you are needing unit in the Lee's Summit and Blue Springs area. I also noticed several boats, campers and RVs parked in this location. When I inquired about the rates, they seem to be very reasonable.
