Dr. Tron Lally is wonderful. Dr. Lally is patient and takes all the time you need to explain and make sure you understand everything. The staff are friendly, helpful, and treat you like family.
Such a wonderful experience! This place is a good ole lees summit gem. The dr is very nice professional and fast. I never have to wait long here. I also really like Betty! She has worked there for many years and helped me pick my glasses and figure my insurance in a matter of minutes! Love this place! Great frame selection as well! Very affordable!
I came here in 1994 when in high school and recently went back. I love them. He takes time and get the prescription right, not sure why I ever stopped going here but I will have my kids coming here as well. Dr. Lally is great!
Love them! They accept Medicaid and had more of a selection of frames, than most places. I didn't get my exam their, because Walmart said that Medicaid paid for the exam and frames. After the exam, I found out they didn't. Went to Lally...got a little lost...but their customer service was excellent! Reccomend!!
