Great people!! Vince, Jeren, Cj, Chris and Avery were so so helpful. There was a problem with my car and it was unsafe to drive, however I couldn’t return it to this Hertz place dude to corporate and franchise locations. Vince really helped me out and said “We’ve got you” and they really did. They all stayed after they closed to make sure I got a car. Really great place and great people. Thanks y’all!!!

I am dealing with Hertz because of an incident, so I had to call and find out about my rental, and DJ answered the phone there at Hertz DJ is an awesome man, he was funny, kind, knowledgeable, because of the situation with picking up the car from Hertz DJ offered to come pick me up in the rental take me to the lot and then I could drive away. He is an amazing young man. He put me at ease gave me all of the information that I needed to have a successful rental experience. He said that the rental was to a specific day, he also told me how to contact the company to assure my rental. I can't wait to do his survey for his company. He is truly an asset to Hertz.
