  I am approaching the final year of my loan with Instant Auto, and I must say I have not been dissatisfied. The car is still running great and the staff has been there when I needed an extra week to pay. Unfortunately, I did run into an incident recently when the ignition was not working properly and caused the car not to start. This was the only time I had experienced a problem with the car, and when it occurred I didn’t know what was going on. I had it towed to local Ford dealer and they told me the problem. I immediately called Instant Auto service and they were beyond helpful and got everything squared away for me. This is probably the only buy here pay here lot in KC that is reputable, moral and truly about customer satisfaction. And I will let everyone know this is the dealership to go for your vehicle needs!

  I purchased from these guys when they were new. I purchased a second time due to the ease of buying and special circumstances. If you find yourself needing a buy here pay here type deal these are probably the best people to buy from. The prices are good and they are easy to work with. They don't rip you off on price of vehicle and finance costs. Nate id a great guy!

  Bought a car from here over a year ago a 2013 Dodge Avenger. Have had no issues with the car. I always call in to make a payment never have any issues. Employees are very nice on both sides. Ever want a car go here. Dont go anywhere else. Been to others and there out for the quick buck.

  I have been dealing with instant auto for about a year and a half trying to find the right time and when finances were right to get the car. Bryant and Emily are extremely patient very kind always willing to help no matter how many times I called them they found the perfect car, and a great price, and even after I took it for a test drive I noticed some road noise and brakes grinding before I picked up the vehicle they put new tires and did a brake job on it I have only had the car for a day now but the service and how they treat people is extraordinary and I would recommend them to anybody.

  Instant Auto is the best buy here, pay here car dealership that I been to. I been to 15 buy here, pay here dealerships which a lot of them a bad looking cars. I also been is a dodge dealership which I had a bad experience. Instant Auto is not just a buy here, pay here dealership that just want to sell you a car and get you out the door, They welcome you when you first walk in and all the employees had welcoming smiles on there faces, Also there are no surprises all their cars on the lot all have what the down payment going to be and how much you going to pay every 2 weeks. Also if you make you payments on time they report it to the credit bureau which helps to build up your credit and you get a nice car to, what else can you ask for. All their cars on the lot look like they are a brand car, and no they are not giving me a discount on my car or lowing my car payments or giving me any money for this review, just to make that clear. I giving Instant Auto a 5 star I wish I could gave the a 1000 star review. The application process is fast to. I can't to get another car from them and many more. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
