(December 3, 2018, 1:07 pm)On my first attempt I had an appointment and found IdentoGO was closed and no notification in any way as to their closure. However, I learned at my rescheduled appt. that it was not their fault as to the closure. They are located inside of the Urgency Room building and it was the Urgency Room that decided not to open on the day following a big snowstorm. My return trip to IdentoGO went very well. They were on time and I got in and out quickly. The lady who processed my TSA appt. was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. And the appointment availability is better than the other location in Johnson County. My only disappointment is if a closure is going to happen, those with appointments need to be notified ahead of time.
