  Luke has done 12 tattoos on me and I can't say enough great things about him. He's so nice and a very kind and caring artist and person. I would not go to anyone else. The shop is really nice very clean and everyone is so friendly. If you want great work, you need to visit this shop. I'm going back in March for number 13.

  Luke at Groundwork Tattoo is a great, down to earth guy who does excellent work! All of my tattoos have been done by him and each one was better quality than the last one. The artistry and technology at Groundwork Tattoo is always improving to produce the best work in the Kansas City Metro. You will not be disappointed. Check them out!

  I have been tattooed by a few different artists and Luke at GroundWork Tattoo is hands down one of the best I’ve ever been to. Aside from being an amazing artist and tattooist, the dude is downright cool. Always extremely friendly and willing to sit down and brainstorm ideas for a tattoo. His work is by far some of the best I’ve ever seen and I won’t go anywhere else.

  Luke is an amazing artist and I wouldn't trust anybody else with my tattoos. His creativity and ability to create what I see in my vision is outstanding. He is easy to get along with and makes sure you are extremely satisfied with the work he is doing. His shop is always clean and well kept and organized. Best artist around hands down.

  I’ve know Luke for years. When I met him I had a few, cheap tattoos that he reworked into a cohesive and (if I do say so myself) really good looking sleeve. You can go to Groundwork and get solid tattooing and be treated with respect. This is a great place and I can’t recommend it enough.
