    I received my flooring today as promised. I received a call ahead to let me know when they were coming and would be at my house. I love the quality of the flooring and the excellent customer care I received.

    We recently got new carpet in our living room and two bedrooms. Donna was our salesperson and did a wonderful job. She was very patient and knowledgeable. The two installers, Billy and Bill were very professional and did an excellent install. I would highly recommend Donna and the installers. We love our new carpet.

    Just wanted you to know how much we liked Donna Dodson. She is the reason we came to your store.We have used Donna for many years and she has also help our son with carpet. We also loved the service we got from Bill R. He was the nicest ,neatest, guy. He did a wonderful job installing our carpet. We would request him to do our work any time. We have a friend who is thinking about getting new carpet. We have already told him about Donna and will refer Bill to him too, if he decides to replace his carpet.

    Tisha was great! After being lied to about timeframe by a "big box store", I ended up at Carpet One in near desperation. She was very understanding, and patiently walked me through what would be available to me in the time (and price range) I needed, checked total prices on a handful and checked their main store to be absolutely sure they had enough to take care of me the next week. I went in on a Friday and the next Friday I had my carpet installed. Fantastic!
    And to top it off, she was great with my 6 year old.. and remembered him in a follow up email. I will definitely be back when I'm ready to carpet the bedrooms.
