I would absolutely recommend This Law office! Todd and his staff are professional, caring and courteous. Just over 2 years ago I was in financial distress after going through a divorce and had a massive amount of dept that seemed like it wouldn't stop. I made a call to Todd's office and after meeting with them my stress started to lower and I felt my life starting to get back to normal, fast forward 2 years and I just purchased a house at a very low interest rate. I did it with Todd's help and YOU CAN TOO.

I definitely recommend Todd Abplanalp if you have to file bankruptcy. He is very knowledgeable, on top of it, and fast at handling your case. They are great with returning your phone calls and answering all the questions you ask them.

My only regret is not reaching out to Todd years ago. For some time I juggled an insurmountable level of debt that drained my bank account every month with no impact on what I actually owed. When I seriously started considering bankruptcy Todd's reviews helped me setup my free initial consult. Unlike his peers he does not charge for this meeting during which he asked questions and took notes. I felt he truly evaluated my situation, regardless of any personal gain to him, at no charge. After meeting with one more attorney I decided Todd was the guy. He was up front with costs and expectations of me as a client. Through the process he and Kelli fielded numerous questions promptly. The staff was polite and professional and I actually worked directly with Todd (the attorney) and not handed off to an assistant like other places. His rates were good, actually less expensive than several others, and he does payment plans which help a lot. I would definitely use again and suggest to my friends.
