Everything is straight forward from the moment I arrive to the time I pick up my vehicle with constant communication in between. The staff is always friendly when I am there. The customer service I have received is way above and beyond what most offer.

(December 6, 2018, 4:13 pm)Chris Zieber once again served me well. I really like dealing with Chris, he really cares about how he serves his potential clients and has served me well twice now. Chris has a job to do through Ford and I understand that, sell cars. Yet I am always excited to deal with people like Chris because he knows, take care of the client first and bottom line takes care of of its self. I think my Ford experience has been that way for 15 years and Chris is a fine example of a philosophy i live by. Hats off to Chris, he is one of the best troops Ford could want in their ranks/staff. He will be the the first one i seek out for my next ford as he was this last time and the time before that. Keep up the good work Chris and Hats off to Ford for knowing good people to staff the company.

(November 14, 2018, 6:30 pm)Went in for my first oil change on my 2018 Escape. I originally went on Saturday morning but they were completely booked for the whole day. Made an appointment for later that week. I was in and out in less than an hour, great service!! Everyone is extremely friendly!!!

(October 18, 2018, 12:16 pm)I've lucky had the same service rep each time I've taken my vehicle in for service or issues. This last time he noticed that my back tires were wearing different. It happened that the alignment was not done correctly when they needed to fix my rear differential. They took the time to get me new tires & an alignment with no cost.
