  Such great service! I came in Wednesday to dine in. They were in the process of rebooting computers when I placed my order. Usually it takes less than 10 minutes to get food. I waited about 20 minutes because I was in no rush. I went and asked about how much longer. They answer my questions quickly and professionally. My order did not make it back to the kitchen due to the computers, but they paid for my meal. Instead of getting the half and half on my meal, they gave me full size orders so I had lunch and dinner! They got it out to me fast and exactly as I had ordered it! (I’m a bit picky on how I like my things) always a good experience at the Lee’s Summit McAllister’s!

  McAlister's never disappoints. The environment is friendly and welcoming. The servers are nice and pleasant to talk with. The food is delicious. My favorite is their spicy south western sandwich. The tea and lemonade are both amazing. I always have a hard time deciding if I should stick with their sweet tea or change it up and try a flavored lemonade and lastly their cookies/desserts! I never leave without one.
