Preferred Pediatrics

I love this office, I've been coming for 14 years now; all the staff members are so helpful and friendly!!! They have been there for all 3 of my children. Love it!!

I was nervous to try a different practice, but was immediately put at ease. The front office staff is friendly, and actually talked to and engaged my child while we were waiting to see the doctor. They explained all their practices and procedures thoroughly. When you call them, a live person answers the phone, instead of a robotic answering system.
We saw Dr. Palfreeman, who is new to the practice, and he exceeded my expectations. He immediately formed a plan to help deal with my child's eczema, encouraged me to ask questions, and assured me that he wanted to work alongside me and my husband to make sure the problem was taken care of. He even diagnosed something that our previous office had missed.
He also called in to check on my child a couple days after being seen. I missed the initial call, but when I called back and left a message with his nurse, my second call was returned within the hour. VERY IMPRESSED and would highly-recommend this practice!

I love Preferred Pediatrics for several reasons:
1: The receptionist calls a week in advance and day in advance to remind you about your appointment. They are very friendly and extremely helpful.
2. Our nurse, Jamie, is friendly and efficient. She has shots down and gets them done fast, and with limited tears
3. Dr. Graham clearly enjoys his job. He always takes a minute to play and enjoy my baby. He is very straightforward, which I love and always answers his questions with a followed explanation. He takes his time to listen to my concerns and gives me answers with scientific explanations that are easy to understand.
