  This place is great. I run high school cross country and I’ve improved my 5K time from 18:05 to 17:14 in one year and I would definitely have to credit F.I.T. for that. They’re very good at preventing injuries and helping you heal from them.

  When you’re actively playing sports and lifting weights, it really helps to have a provider who understands how exactly you’re hurting yourself and what you need to do to fix it. This is the perfect group for that. Doctor Aaron has helped me make progress in treating a couple of long term injuries and gives good suggestions on what to do (and not do) to continue to improve. The staff as a whole is friendly and uplifting which always makes visits pleasant. I highly recommend this group to anyone looking for good care.

  I have had chronic back pain for several years. Recently the pain has been in my shoulders and neck. Have been with a traditional chiropractor for years and decided to try a different treatment. This treatment has been so helpful. The pain I have has diminished tremendously, and the staff are very helpful with treatments I can do at home to prevent reoccurring problems. I highly recommend them. It's not just getting an adjustment, its real treatment.

  I have been going to F.I.T for several months now and it has been a wonderful experience. They offer highly personalized care and take a vested interest in your overall wellness-I definitely notice a difference in how I feel. Don’t hesitate to check them out if you are looking for great chiropractic care.

  I wanted to post this review because I am just so amazed at how F.I.T. has helped me through my hip issues and becoming active again after 2 years of not moving because of the pain. I was recommended to F.I.T. through some very good friends and I am so glad I took their advice. Josh has helped me tremendously. I was told I would have to have hip replacement and now I am not having surgery at this point due to the pain being gone and being able to be active, sleep and live everyday life. I am active again biking, walking and swimming and off the Ibuprofen and Aleve that was helping me each day. I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am to have found such a professional place to go and get the results that I have experienced. Danielle at the desk always greets me with such a friendly spirit and as well as Josh and Aaron also. I feel like I am listened to and cared for and have experienced amazing results.
